As Principal and Business Strategist at Red Shoe Economics, Beverly consults on major projects in the areas of feasibility studies, site selection profiles, MSA marketing level monitoring, and location analyses. Beverly also directs the financial and administrative areas of the company.
Commercial real estate career highlights include building and supervising highly successful multi-functional teams, and managing multiple and changing priorities with a heightened attention to detail, problem solving and follow-through.
Accomplished at achieving strategic goals, by utilizing business development and networking skills, she develops long term relationships with C-Level executives, and other decision makers. Over 25 years, Beverly has focused her practice on investment sales, corporate real estate, business development, asset management, mixed–use development, and project leasing.
Beverly gives back to the commercial real estate industry through her dedicated volunteer service to the CCIM Institute, and has devoted more than ten (10) years to the North Carolina Chapter of CCIM, where she served as a Board of Director member, and on the Executive Committee rising to the office of Chapter President for 2018 – 2019. Beverly lives in Wake Forest, North Carolina with her husband, and their pugs – Max, Coco, Blackjack and Treygan.
